For orders to be dispatched within 24 hours, all the items in the order must be eligible for 24-Hour Pack & Ship. If any of the items is not eligible, then the orders could take up to 3 business days to be dispatched.

All parcels are sent through trackable means of delivery.

All shipping fees are charged on a flat rate basis, regardless of the weight.

We do not ship to the countries which are not on the list.

Policy and Terms Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from stylemoi.nu, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

1. Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we’re unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you. We do not ship to military addresses or P.O. boxes. 2. Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to wait for PayPal to confirm your payment. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum. 3. There is usually a 72 hour period where your items will be processed by our warehouse before being dispatched. Please note this can take longer during our sale periods and holiday seasons. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and they commence from the date of dispatch. 4. We work closely with our shipping partners to minimize the potential impact of custom delays on our international packages. However, Style Moi cannot be responsible for delays caused by custom clearance processes.

IMPORT TAXES & DUTIES

You may be charged import taxes & duties, depending on the country of destination. If import taxes & duties are imposed, then you would need to pay directly to the carrier.

RETURN

You can return any item within 30 days of receipt for a refund.

HOW TO RETURN

Please send us an email stating the order number that your return is related to and the product name of the item to be returned. We would reply your email within 48 hours, confirming the approval for the return. Then, please make sure the returns form (that came with your order) is filled out and placed in your returns parcel. Please make your own arrangements through any postal carrier. As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives with us, remember to ask for proof of postage, so if your parcel goes missing in the mail, you’ll have proof you’ve sent it.

RECEIVING REFUND

We’ll send you an email as soon as we’ve received your return in its original condition and process your refund. This is usually done within 48 hours. Any refund will automatically be issued to the card you used to place the original order. This usually takes 10 working days, dependent on your bank/card issuer. In the event of return, shipping fees are not refundable.

CONDITIONS

Please note that items which are on final sale or clearance may not be eligible for return. Such items would be marked clearly with the “This item is not eligible for return” label on product details page. Items should be returned new, unused, and with all Style Moi tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. CANCELLING ORDER

Orders can only be cancelled prior to shipment. Please contact support@stylemoi.nu if you wish to cancel your order.

FAULTY ITEM

Goods are faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. It is your responsibility to check that goods are in perfect condition upon receipt of the goods. In the case of faulty goods, please email us or call us within 48 hours upon receipt of the goods. We would like to sort out any problem with faulty items as soon as possible. We will replace the faulty item with an item of same style and same color at no additional cost to you. You will need to follow the same return procedure and send back the faulty item with Return Form enclosed in the parcel. Upon receipt of the faulty item, we will dispatch the replacement to you immediately. Please note that faulty items could only be returned for a replacement (of the same item, with same style and same color) or refund Style Moi reserves the right to ask you to demonstrate that you did not cause or create the fault in the item

EXCHANGE

If you want it replaced for a different size or colour, or you want a different item, you will need to return the items purchased and place a new order.

WHAT ARE STYLE MOI DISCOUNT CODES?

Discount codes are codes that can be used to obtain discounts. Make sure you receive the information about future promotions/discounts by signing up to our newsletter.

THE USE OF DISCOUNT CODES

Make sure you type your code in the appropriate box when you check out, and hit “APPLY” to apply it to your order. If it is not applied at this point, we can’t apply it to the same order later on. Though you may be able to use it on a subsequent order.

DISCOUNT CODES RESTRICTIONS

Valid on regularly priced items. Discounts cannot be combined. For 50% Off First Time Purchase (and any other discount codes) The coupon code is applied to the full price of an item (original retail price), not to the marked down price. For example, if you apply a 50% off code to an item and if the item is already on sale, it will deduct the amount up to 50% off the original retail price – not an additional. If the item is on sale which is having more percentages off than the coupon code applied, then no further discount would be applied. Please note that we reserve the right to cancel discounts at anytime.

I FORGOT TO USE MY DISCOUNT CODE

Unfortunately, discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively. If you did not enter your discount code at the checkout, we can’t apply it to that order or amend your payment later on .

HOW DO DISCOUNT CODES AFFECT MY RIGHT TO RETURN AN ORDER?

If a discount code was applied to your original order, your refund amount will be adjusted to reflect this. Unfortunately, we cannot re-issue a discount code, even if your original order is returned to us.

HOW CAN I PAY?

WHEN DOES STYLE MOI CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD?

We don’t charge your card until the items on your order ship. When you first place your order, we’ll process an authorization for the amount of your order. An authorization reserves the amount for when we do ship your order without taking the funds out of your account. We charge you for items as they ship, so if part of your order ships, we’ll charge your card for those items and then re-authorize your card for the rest.

CAN I AMEND MY ORDER?

We are unable to amend any part of your order or change the delivery or payment method once your order is complete. Cancellation of order is only allowed prior to shipment. If you would like to cancel your order, you need to contact us.

CAN I SHOP WITHOUT CREATING AN ACCOUNT?

HAS MY ORDER BEEN SHIPPED?

As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, we would email you to confirm that it’s on its way to you. Tracking link and the tracking code would be sent to you so that you could track your shipment easily anytime.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

As soon as your order is dispatched, we would always let you have the tracking number (and the tracking url) for the order. We send all orders through trackable methods of delivery. You could locate the tracking number on our site, please go to order details page, under MY ACCOUNT section – Order Status-Order Details. The tracking number would also be sent to you via email.

MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED YET?

If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, please check the following: • Use the tracking number provided in your confirmation email to track the parcel on-line. • Signing into My Account to check we have the correct delivery address for your order and your contact details are up to date. • Checking if you have a text message, email or attempted delivery card from one of our carriers. Your parcel may be awaiting collection at a local Post Office or delivery depot, or you may need to arrange redelivery. If you still cannot find your parcel, please contact us at support@stylemoi.nu and quote the order number. We will resolve the issue for you asap.

I HAVE RECEIVED AN INCORRECT ITEM IN MY ORDER?

If you choose standard shipping, then all the taxes and duties are pre-paid by us. You would not need to pay for any taxes or duties. However, if you choose express shipping, then you may be required to pay taxes and duties upon delivery, depending on the country of destination. If taxes and duties are imposed by your destination country’s customs, the carrier will invoice you and you will need to pay the carrier directly upon delivery.

HOW CAN I CHECK ON THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

To view the status of your order: Make sure you’re logged into your Style Moi account. Mouse over “MY ACCOUNT” tab, then click “Order Status”. From this page, you can see the status of all orders you’ve placed on Style Moi. The status of the order is displayed per item. When items in your order ship, we will add tracking information to this page. We will also email you when there is a status update to your order.
